Liquidations Voluntary (Solvent) Liquidations: Where a company has outlived its usefulness, or a restructuring exercise is being contemplated, we are able to effect an orderly wind-up. Voluntary (Insolvent) Liquidations: Acting on the instructions of shareholders who consider the company to be insolvent, we attend to the necessary statutory procedures of liquidation. Court Appointments: We are able to accept appointment as liquidators where directed by the Court, and also as interim liquidators. Receiverships We accept appointments as receivers under deeds of security for purposes of realising assets and obtaining the best possible outcome for the secured creditor, while also considering the interests of other stakeholders.
